The permirtee should read, along with the documents listed in Part I.B of the <br />permit, the Colarndo Water Oualirv Control Division BiomonitorinA Guidance Document, dated July 1, 1993. <br />This document outliner the criteria used by the Division in such areas as granting relief from WET testing, <br />modifying test methods and changing ter! species. The permittee should be aware that some of the cotulitiotu <br />outlined above may be subject to change if the jaciliry experiences a dwnge in drscharge, as outlined in Pan <br />1LA.1 ajthe permit.
