Your discharge permit requires that specific actions be <br />performed at designated times. You are legally obligated to comply <br />with all terms and conditions of your permit including these <br />changes. It is especially important to note the "EFFECTIVE DATE", <br />not the "AMENDED DATE", located at the bottom of each amended page <br />of your permit.
