The public meeting will be held <br />at the Hotchkiss High School on Monday, September 13, 1999, at 7:00 P.M . With Permit Revision <br />No. 3, Bowie Resources proposes to construct a surface conveyor, coal stockpile and coal truck <br />loading system, relocate a sedimentation pond and increase production to 5 million tons of coal per <br />year. At the meeting, the Division will review the issues in Permit Revision No. 3 and accept <br />additional comments. <br />You or a representative of your agency aze welcome to attend this public meeting.
