To support the transfer, enclosed please find the following: 1. Request for Transfer of Coal Permit and Succession of Operators Form, fully executed. Z. Information regarding MINREC, INC. required by Rules 2.03.4, 2.03.5, 2.03.6, 2.03.713), 2.03.9 and 2.03.10. This information is supplied in the form of revised pages to the existing permit. 3. The proposed public notice of the permit transfer required by Rule 2.08.613). A letter of credit to support the required performance bond in the amount of x393,000 is being obtained and will be submitted shortly. Please advise me promptly if any additional information is required. The Transfer Agreement also provides for Hlue Ribbon Coal Company and Grand Mesa Coal Company to transfer Permit Nos. C-81- 04i and C-81-034, respectively, to MINREC, INC., and for hIINREC, INC. to assume all obligations as successor operator under those permits as well. The Transfer Agreement provides that the trans- fer of Permit No. C-81-025 is contingent upon approval of the transfer of sll three permits and certain other conditions. A closing will be held within ten days after all of those condi- tions have been met, at which time MINREC, INC. will formally as- sume all obligations of Permit No. C-81-025 as successor operator.
