<br />fp[ the Hayden Gulch Mlna (Permit No, C-60-003, submS-
<br />tetl by Haytlen Gulch Coel Company. The revision ad-
<br />tlresses emodification to the shrub tlensity standaM.
<br />The Haytlen Gulch Mine is a sudace coal mine located
<br />in Roult County, approximately 11 miles south of Haytlen,
<br />Colorado. Coal interest is private, antl the sudace to be
<br />aaected is private lantl. The perm4 area. encompasses
<br />approximately 1266acres;er '+ n~ '~
<br />This proposed decision is basetl on a lintling that the
<br />ptoposetl~Operatbn will comply with alL raquitaments of
<br />the Colorado Sudece..Gg91, Mining Reclamation AC,
<br />GR.S. 34-33-tat, el sap., and the regulations Promu4
<br />galetl thereunder.
