Third St. Ronald w. cattany <br />Vletor, CO $0800 Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Cresson Project, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-1980-244, Revision No. TR-41 <br />Deaz Mr. Bames: <br />On December 22, 2003 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on October 8, 2003, addressing the following: <br />ARD area additional spill prevention lined area. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 41 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Pem3it No. M- <br />1980-244. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1980-244 remains in full force and effect. <br />It is the understanding of the Division, that this lined azea will never be used to leach ore.
