Findings Document which was prepared on September <br />10, 1993. There were two additional stipulations (18 & 19) <br />resulting from the approval of revisions. These stipulations are <br />restated here along with their current status. <br />Stinulation No. 14 <br />Somerset Mining Company must submit a mine plan change to, and <br />receive approval from, all applicable state and federal agencies <br />before pulling pillars form the B seam underneath any unmined C <br />seam areas with less than 1,500 feet of cover. <br />The stipulation is still active. <br />Stipulation No. 16 <br />The operator will, pursuant to Rule 4.10.2(20(b), submit to the <br />Division as part of the quarterly coal mine waste pile inspection <br />report, compaction test results for that pile. Testing will take <br />place on an as-needed basis, depending on the rate at which the <br />pile receives coal mine waste, to ensure stability of the pile. <br />This stipulation is still active. <br />Stipulation No. 17 <br />All issues identified in the Division's permit renewal adequacy <br />letter of June 11, 1993 and included in the SAC July 26, 1993 <br />adequacy response/Technical Revision No. 17 application will be <br />addressed to the Division's satisfaction by October 15, 1993. <br />This stipulation has been complied with through the submittal of <br />Technical Revision 17 which addressed all outstanding issues with <br />the exception of those identified in Stipulation 18. Stipulation <br />17 is therefore terminated. <br />Stipulation No. 18 <br />SAC must, by July 30, 1994, locate and mark the location of the <br />following wells and bore holes; E-25A, B-4, B-5, B-7, B-8, H-29, H- <br />30. <br />-5- <br />
