These additional responses provide additional <br />clarification based on our discussions, and discussions you have had with Goff <br />Engineering in Durango. Additionally, three copies of revised pages to the permit <br />document have been provided. Revised pages for this response include pages 3-4, 3-5, <br />3-6, 3-6a, 3-8, 3-8a, 4-14, 4-14a, 5-32, 5-33, 5-34, and Table 5-6. With this <br />submittal, we anticipate satisfactory resolution of all issues associated with the mid- <br />term review TR.
