Please find enclosed a copy of the proposed decision and a copy of the public
notice.
We have been in contact with your office regarding the Burlington Northern Railroad Loadout
due to the topsoil stockpile located within the permit area. The topsoil stockpile has been
identified as property of CDOT. The Division's proposed decision to approve complete bond
release for the Burlington Northern Loadout is based upon our determination that the permittee
has satisfied all requirements of the approved reclamation plan.
Please contact me if you have any questions or require additional information.
Sincerely,
/;r1 ~..e ~ L.~---
Wallace H.
