In addition, a revised SEDCAll <br />tttociel for the small area exemption demonstration has been included. <br />Please [tote that a revised Map 3E, which accurately reflects the as-built topography was included <br />in MC'C's responses dated July 14, 1999 for TR#86. Please note that apre-construction contour <br />n-tap was utilized Cor the preparation of Map 3F. that was submitted with MCC's application. <br />l lOv.'evet, the drainage basins had been correctly drawn, as the incorrect contours arc located <br />outside the Shaft if3 area (i.e. road to the shaft bench, the inclusion of the topsoil pile, electric <br />borehole and degas hole). <br />The roughly rectangular area shown on the map represents the Shaft #3 pad, and the <br />triangular pad area represents the topsoil pile that had been planned, but was not <br />constntcted. <br />2. tap 3E is designed to only show the locations of the watersheds. All drainage structures <br />arc shown on Map 54B. <br />3. Map 3E has beet[ corrected with as-built topography and provided with MCC's response <br />letter dated July 14, 1999. <br />=1.
