CO 81435 Division Director <br />Exhibits & Exhibits, Formal Public Hearing, United Companies of Mesa County, <br />United/Norwood Gravel Pit/Amendment No. 1, File No. M-88-037 <br />Mr. Johnson: <br />The Division has c~lnt~ued to receive materials from you that you want considered as exhibits for <br />the Formal Public Hearing on United Companies application for Amendment No. 1 to their <br />United/Norwood permit No. M-88-037. <br />Today, I called Mr. James Cooley, Pre-Hearing Conference Officer and asked him if he is <br />accepting any additions to the lists of witnesses and exhibits for use by parties at the hearing. Mr <br />Cooley stated that the lists were finalized with one exception at the pre-hearing conference and <br />they will be included in the Draft Board Order. He realizes that the issue of easements still needed <br />to be addressed by the parties and therefore he is willing to accept new witnesses and exhibits <br />regarding that subject. Unless the full Board makes changes to the Order at the hearing <br />accommodating new ones, the witnesses and exhibits will most likely be limited [o those accepted <br />at the pre-hearing conference, plus any new ones regarding easements. <br />Please call if you have questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />~~,~ O~~ <br />Larry D.
