Lone Division Director at that time signed
our permit tt was wrong/ According to Bruce Humphries at that time we
were even charged the wrong amount. We feel that ff we have a letter from
the DMG stating that we ore amending our permit because of an error we
will not have arty problems or expense with the county.
Again I want to emphasize that the problems we have had are all because of
errors caused by your department.
If this will help get this problem behind us we feel it is necessary for you to
full fill this request. At this time I don't feel it necessary to point out all the
mistakes again. If you feel that we would need a letter from your
department to accomparry the other departments we need to notify our intent
to amend our permit, xp would appreciate it if you would enclose them.
We also discussed the fact that when we receive any thingfrom your
department w+e are given a date that the DMG wants us to comply by ar
some action will be taken by the DMG, we will not do Ihts but the sooner
this can be handled the better!
