Please be advised that on December 19, 1997, Butala Construction Company, whose address and telephone
number are P. O. Box 907, Salida, CO 81201; [phone], filed an Amendment application to
M-77-170, Butala Gravel Pi[, which is located at or near Section 25, Township SON, Range 8E, New
