The mine is approximately 15 miles southwest of Steamboat Springs, Colorado, <br />and the surface owners are Twentymile Coal Company and State of Colorado. The <br />location and the boundaries of the operation aze shown on the accompanying map, which <br />corresponds to the USGS Cow Creek 7.5 minute quadrangles. <br />CYCC is requesting final release of 368 acres of reclamation, which was completed <br />between 1976 and 1981.
