After mining is completed, Trapper's surface water will be used
in the former mine permit area for watering livestock and wildlife.
V. Prevention of Trapper's surface water currently is suitable for those uses based
on comparison with water quality suitability standards for
impacts to domestic livestock issued by the State of Wyoming Department of
surface water CDMG Environmental Quality. (The Wyoming standards are used for
that adversely regulation y~ comparison because Colorado has not issued suitability standards
impact the 4.05.1(2) specifically for livestock or wildlife.) The suitability of Trapper's
postmining surface water for livestock and wildlife is expected to continue
land use into the future based on long-term trends in Trapper's water
quality data.
