EXHIE;IT A -LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF AREA sss <br />Commencing at the NE Corner of Section 15, T6N R95W, Moffat County, Colorado, <br />which corner is also the NE Corner of Jupiter No. 4 placer mining claim, thence <br />westerly along the north line of Section 15 a distance of 660 feet to the common <br />corner for the NW of Juniper No. 4 and the NE of Juniper No. 3 placer mining claims, <br />thence continuing westerly along the north line of Section 15 a distance of 660 <br />feet to the common corner for the NE of Juniper No. 2 and the NW of Juniper No. 3 <br />placer mining claims, thence continuing westerly along the north line of Section 15 <br />a distance of 100 feet, thencesouth south easterly (approximately S26o30'E) a dist- <br />ance of approximately 1470 feet to a point 100 feet westerly from the common corner <br />for the SW of Juniper No. 4A and the SE of Juniper No. 3, thence 100 feet easterly <br />to said corner, thence 100 feet southerly, thence 660 feet easterly, thence 100 <br />feet northerly to the common corner for the SE of Juniper No. 4A and the SW of <br />Juniper No. 5, thence westerly a distance of 660 feet to the common corner for the <br />SE of Juniper No. 5 and the SW of Juniper No. 6, thence northerly a distance of <br />1320 feet to the NE corner of Juniper No. 5, thence northerly a distance of 660 <br />feet to the east side center point of Juniper No. 20, thence westerly a distance <br />of 660 feet to the west side center point of Juniper No. 20, which point is on the <br />west line of Section 11, thence southerly along the west line of Section 20 to the <br />point of beginning. This portion of the permit area contains about 63 acres. <br />Also a 0.625 acre storage site in Section 9 at the intersection of the <br />access road with the County road as shown on the below plat. This site extends <br />165 feet from the south end of the cattle guard in a southerly direction along <br />the fence marking the boundary between the County road R.O.W. and the adjoining <br />private land,thence 165 feet easterly, thence 165 feet northerly, thence 165 feet <br />westerly to the point of beginning.
