Dear Gregg:
Sub: Minor Revision 59, Request [o leave three areas of
unsalvageable topsoil in the Colt Pit area.
During your inspection of Trapper Mine on October 28, 1987, Larry Henderson of
my staff showed you the three small areas in Colt Pit that were not stripped
of topsoil. These areas, totaling one acre in size, contain little salvage-
able topsoil due to extreme rockiness.
As you requested, we have filed a revision request to exclude these areas from
topsoil stripping. The attached maps illustrate the locations.
