Lochhead
Executive Director
Michael B. long
Division Direcor
On March 07, 1997 the Division received the above-referenced minor revision application. The
application has been deemed incomplete for the purposes of filing for the following reasons:
From the information submitted, it is not possible to discern which of the nine auger holes
will be converted to piezometers. Please indicate which of the boreholes will be
converted to piezometers.
2. The Division recommends that monitoring for slope movement be included as part of this
geotechnical investigation. Please consider installing slot track tilt meter tubes in several
of the proposed holes, which would allow monitoring for slope movement. MCCPZ97-4,
MCCDH97-6, MCCDH97-8, and MCCDH97-9 appear to be good candidates for tiltmeter
monitoring.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
/ 1n
Michael P.
