This decision will be published in the Glenwood Springs <br />Post Independent as soon as possible. Publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public <br />comment period. If, within thirty days, there aze no requests for an adjudicatory heazing, the decision <br />will become final. <br />The bond for the operation is a Certificates Of Deposit issued by your company (Bond Nos. <br />0229016043 and 229016464), in the amount of $5,432.00 and $24,280.00. The proposed release <br />amount is $18,570.00. <br />Please be awaze that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Wells Fazgo Bank West <br />concerning Bond Nos. 0229016043 and 229016464, and is for your information only.
