Long <br />Drvisian Dueaor <br />Steve Shuey has recently completed review of the above mentioned <br />bond release adequacy responses. The required field inspection is <br />complete. I believe that we are at the point where a meeting with <br />the operator is appropriate to discuss the details of the few <br />remaining issues. I have contacted Rick Mills and requested that <br />he contact me in 2-3 weeks to set-up a meeting to discuss this <br />bond release application. <br />Based on the outcome of our meeting, I believe it is time that we <br />decide whether all, none, or part of the Block A application can <br />be released. As a staff, I feel that we should also determine how <br />to handle Blocks B, C, and D as well as finalize our bond release <br />policy guideline prior to the beginning of the 1994 field season. <br />Your comments or criticisms are welcome. <br />/ern <br />M:\oss\ern\cycc.kag <br />
