This plan has been provided in response to <br />stipulation 49. The Division finds this subsidence plan satisfies <br />the requirements of stipulation 49, and proposes to approve this <br />revision. <br />The revision submitted by Western Fuels-Utah commits to posting <br />signs and daily inspections along County Road 65 while mining <br />occurs below it.
