significantly in advance of that due date so that it can be review and revised if necessary, prior to the <br />date it is due. <br />DMG's inspection report for the January 9, 2002 inspection of the West End Gravel Pit indicated that <br />adequate financial warranty must be posted by February 19, 2002 in the amount of $101,837.
