Long
Drvi~ion Director
I have reviewed the operator's submittal dated September 6, 1993 (received
September 8, 19931. Specifically, responses 1 b, 1 c, and 1 e were reviewed as requested.
The operator has represented an adequate application of the SEDCAD vegetation filter utility.
Variables used are reasonable, and I recommend approval.
Ultimately, I request that both the operator and the Division inspectors routinely examine these
areas for any signs of erosion, or any indication that ground conditions were not properly
represented in the application. If field problems are noted, additional action will be needed.
DABlbjw
m:\oss\bjwldeb
