We appreciate your assistance in keeping this process moving
and anticipate that the "public notice" period will proceed smoothly. The Stipulations
have been duly noted, and we will be working to resolve those issues in the coming weeks.
I anticipate being away from the office, on business in Virginia, next week, and have not
had time to review the "Proposed Decision and Findings of Compliance" document in its
entirety yet. I anticipate getting with you on any questions or issues in that document
when I return.
My apologies! You had earlier asked for a copy of the NPDES permit document (for
your files) and I had promised you one, then forgot until the other day when
correspondence concerning its expiration arrived. Nevertheless, enclosed is a copy ofthat
document and copies of the two most recent correspondence letters relative to the
permit's expiration. If you need anything fiirther, please advise.
Sincere) t~
Donald W. acDonald
Manager, Energy Services
enclosures (2)
