5. The operator will commit begin revegetation efforts on the slopes after the top soil has been replaced <br />to help protect against erosion and evaluate the establishment of the proposed vegetation <br />6. The landowner wishes to have only grasses from the proposed seed mix on the pit floor. The <br />operator is willing to add four-wing saltbush and sage to the seed mix for the sloped areas. <br />7. As discussed in item 2, the operator will commit that if ground water is encountered, the operator will <br />immediately cover the azea with 2 feet of material and not mine below that elevation until the proper <br />permits are received from the OSE or mining is completed <br />8. No explosives will be used for any purpose at this site. <br />9. I have enclosed the Proof of Publication and Proof of Notice to adjacent landowners and owners of <br />man-made structures within 200 feet. <br />Please let me know if there is any additional information that you need.
