Long
Division Dueclor
1 have completed the review of Mr. Stover's as-built drawings for the treatment pond and find them to
be in compliance of our rules and regulations. There does exist one small problem which can more than
likely be attributed to the contours being displayed at a 2 foot interval rather than a I foot interval. In
Mr. Stover's letter to you, he states "The treatment pond will be at least feet above finished grade to
prevent surface run-off from entering the pond." At [he south east corner of the pond, where the ditch
drains into [he pond, the contours do not clearly indicate that this is the case. Theoretically, the
embankment can be anywhere from just over 0" to just under 4'. I am relatively positive that [here
exists at least 2 ` of embankment, however i[ cannot be verified by [he as-built drawings.
