Box 338, Cotopaxi, CO 81223; (719) 942-4178, sl~bmitted a request for partial reclamation <br />responsibility release for the Coaldale Quarry, Permit No. M-1977-247. The construction materials extraction <br />operation is located at or near Section 5, Township 47N, Range 11E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information obtained from, the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 8b6-3567. <br />Comments or objections should be submitted as soon as possible. The Division is required to wait.l5 days after <br />the release decision is made to allow for comments or objections. <br />
