Minor Revision 94108:
Permit C-62-056
Dear Mr. Gorham:
Please find enclosed the revised pages pertaining to the referenced Minor Revision.
The revision involves modification to permit pages to reflect the temporary installation
of a water line from Pond D to Location 3.
Due to current low water levels at Emerald Springs, Site 114, we would like to lay a
temporary 4 inch water line from Pond D to Location 3 in the mine fresh water
system. In the event that Site 114 is unable to supply sufficient water to meet the
underground needs, water can be pumped from Pond D either directly underground
or to the million gallon tank. It is anticipated that this line would be in place for
approximately 90 days until a permanent solution can be installed.
Should you have any questions or comments, please contact me at your convenience.
Sincerely,
~`
Ashley House
Environmental Specialist
attachments
cc: OSM
BLM
