Loop <br />Drcision Detector <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology has issued a proposed decision to approve the. Phase <br />II portion of Bond Release Application No. 1 at the Trapper Mine. This decision will become final <br />at the close of the thirty (30) day public comment period, which commences with the initial <br />publication in the Crnig Dni[y Press. A copy of the proposed decision and written findings is <br />enclosed. <br />Since this mine is a federal mine, our decision is subject to the concurrence of OSM, and the <br />signature of an authorized OSM representative is required for release of the bond.
