At the request of the operator, infor- <br />mation pertaining to the quality and quantity of the minerals <br />proposed to be extracted may be held confidential. Such pro- <br />prietary info~matioii sli;ill lie submitted, as indicated Icy tfic <br />Board's application form, so that it is easil}• separ;ible from <br />the remainder of the information required by the application. <br />3. 1Vritten findings by the Board concerning the granting or denial <br />of a permit application shall be on file for public inspection <br />in the same places as the application itself. <br />4. Reports of reclamation inspections of the mine, violations of the <br />Act, these rules, or the permit to engage in open mining, and <br />report on tlic resolution of any violations shall be on file at <br />the same places as the original application permit, as eiiiunerated <br />in paragraph 1 of this subsection. <br />5. Applications for partial or full release o.f bonds shall be on <br />file for public inspection in the places enumerated in paragraph <br />1 of this subsection. <br />6. 'Clie Board's written findings and determinations concerning <br />partial or full bond release shall be on file for public in- <br />• spection in the places enumerated in paragraph 1 of this sub- <br />section. <br />• <br />
