Stipulation No. 14 required Somerset to submit sediment control
demonstrations for the small area exemptions associated with the
Somerset and Sanborn Creek Mine. Enclosed is an application for a
technical revision that will incorporate the required SAE
information and also updates the facilities description in the
permit.
