• ~ .,. iii iiiiuiuiiii iii <br />Public Notice <br />Pursuant to Title 34, Article 35, Paragraph 3, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, the Division of <br />Minerals and Geology hereby issues notice that on November 23, 1994, a minor revision application <br />to a permit to conduct coal mining operations at the Somerset Mine, Permit No. C-81-022 (MR-30), <br />by Somerset Mining Company, P.O. Box 535, Somerset, CO 81434, was deemed complete for the <br />purposes of filing. The minor revision addresses an amendment to Somerset's discharge permit. <br />All reviews and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulation promulgated thereunder <br />initiate from this day of filing. <br />Posted 11/28/94 <br />
