Prior to approving the revision, we will need a revised Page 8 of <br />the permit application, which updates Sun Coat Company compliance information. Please <br />include only notices of violation issued to Sun Coal Company operations over the last three (3) <br />years. The same page should list any unabated cessation orders or unabated air/water quality <br />violations ever issued to owners or controllers of Sun Coal Company. <br />In order to expedite approval of the revision, please submit the requested information on or <br />before February 26, 1993.
