Figures A-8 and A-36 of <br />Appendix A of the hydrology report present the hydrographs for the <br />Flume alluvial wells GC-3 and Coy. The upgradient alluvial well, <br />GC-3, showed a water level rise of a few feet in 1991 due to <br />recharge to this ground water system. lJater levels did not rise in <br />the Coy well in 1991 but the rate of decline of water levels in the <br />Coy well did reduce significantly. The alluvial system is much <br />smaller at well GC-3 and is therefore probably more sensitive to a <br />smaller amount of recharge than the larger cross sectional area at <br />the Coy well. A much larger quantity of water would be needed to <br />make the same water level rise at the Coy well as was observed at <br />
