Our initial review indicates that all preliminary items required by Rule 2.08.4(5) have not <br />been submitted. Thus, your application is incomplete for the purposes of filing as of December 30, <br />1997. <br />The revision application did not include design information and supporting calculations for the ditch atd <br />culvert sizing proposed in the MB-2R watershed. In order for the revision to determine the adequacy <br />of the proposed structure sizing, MCC needs to provide this information.
