PUBLIC NOTICE Energy Fuels Coal Inc. (EFCI), P.O. Box 459, 1190 County Road 92, Florence, Colorado 8122G, has filed an application for revision of approved training and reclamation plans for the Southfield Mine. The approved Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) permit, Permit No. C-81-014, addresses existing underground coal alining and related surface operations and reclamation activities. The proposed revision, Techtucal Revision No. 34 ('I'R-34), addresses permit revisions developed for the xevegetation plan for the regraded mine site. Areas to be effected by the proposed plan revision aze located in Fremont County. The Southfield Mine area is located approximately seven miles south of Florence, Colorado, on County Road 92. The mine azea is bounded on the south and west by the base of the Wet Mountains, and Newlin Creek bisects the mine area from southwest to northeast. The Southfield Mine azea is located on the following sections: Township T20S. Ran .e R69W Sections 19, 30, and 31 Townshi~T20S. Rangce R70W Sections 23, 24, 25, and 26 These sections axe covered by the U.S. Geological Stuvey 7.5 nunute Rockvale (Mine Area).
