The submitted reclamation plan states that other than the 15 foot wide wetland fringe area of 3H:1 V slope, the <br />remainder of the lake slopes will be 2H: I V. Please be aware that according to Rule 3.1.5 (7), all slopes <br />within 5 feet above and 10 feet below the expected water line shall be no steeper than 3H:1 V. <br />Please be advised that the Western Gravel, Inc. 112(c} Amendment Application may be deemed inadequate, and <br />the application may denied on April 19, 2007 unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are addressed to <br />the satisfaction of the Division. Responses to these adequacy concerns must be received by the Division to allow <br />adequate time for review. If you feel more time is needed to complete your reply, the Division can grant an <br />extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a written waiver of your right to a decision by <br />April 19, 2007 and a request for additional time. This must be received no later than the deadline date.
