Here are my notes from [he meeting we held yesterday.. Let me know if I've missed anything.
1. The following NOIs have had these reclamation costs developed for them:

These have been conveyed to Jerry Nettleton, who in turn has submitted replacement pages for
the Sanborn Creek mine permit to revise the cost estimate in the permit.
2. Janet and Joe should review these replacement pages, to see if they match Janet's estimates and
to see how the pages fit into the Sanborn Creek permit.
3. If the replacement pages are OK, Joe can approve MR 48, which is the MR that revised
the Sanborn Creek permit to reFlect the reclamation costs for these two NOIs and the one NOI
amendment in the mine's cost estimate.
4. Janet will next develop a cost estimate for NOI 99 223 02. Janet will convey this cost estimate
to Jim and ]oe .
5. Joe will ask Sanborn Creek to submit, via an MR 50 adequacy letter, replacement pages for the
Sanborn Creek mine permit, to update the mine's cost estimate in the permit to reFlect the
reclamation costs associated with NOI 99 223 02.
6. When the replacement pages come in, Joe will review them against Janet's revised estimate. If
everything looks OK, Joe will approve MR 50. If' the replacement pages don't seem to match
Janet's estimate, Joe and Janet will meet and discuss how to resolve the differences.
7. Once MR 50 is approved, Joe will inform Jim of this. Jim will then approve NOI 99 223 02.
