C-84-057 <br />Dear Sirs: <br />This letter is to inform you that the Colorado Flined Land Reclamation Di vi son <br />has scheduled a formal public hearing for the purpose of requesting that the <br />F4ined Land Reclamation Board declare the performance bond in the amount of <br />$140,000.00 for the Peerless Resources Inc. Coal Gulch !dine (Permit No. <br />C-84-067) as forfeited. The area affected by this action is contained within <br />the permit area of the Coal Gulch I.1ine, including portions of Sections 16, 21, <br />and 22, T35N, R10~J, N.M. Prime I•teridian in La Plata County. The hearing will <br />be held December 13-14, 1988 in Room 220 at the address below.
