Long <br />Division Director <br />RE: Silica Quarry, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-77361, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Lohr: <br />On January 8, 1998 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on December 11, 1997, addressing the following: <br />Clarify acreage permitted, maximum depth of excavation, and method of highwall reduction. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit <br />No. M-77-361. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-77-361 remain in full force and <br />effect. <br />The total liability amount of $223,700.00 for the Silica Quarry, exceeds the existing $21,000 financial <br />warranty.
