The mining plan states that on <br />be mined at this site. However, the approved reclamation plan shows a lOt foot <br />reclamation plan map. In addition, the pit is currently being mined to a depth of ] <br />conforms to the reclamation plan but not the mining plan. <br />This problem was noted in the October ]0, 1995, inspection report. The operator <br />submit a permit revision to correct the situation. However, since this is just a mir <br />of the permit, the Division decided a revision was not necessary. If Southway do< <br />the Division's determination that this pit will be mined [o a depth of 10-15 feet, tL <br />revision will be required.
