Public Notices <br />PUBLIC NOTICE <br />Lawrence Construction Company, Inc., 9002 North <br />Moore Road, Littleton, CO 80125, (303) 791-5642, has <br />filed an application with the Colorado Mined Lantl Recla- <br />mation Board to Amend Construction Materials Limited <br />Impact (110) Reclamation Permit #M-99-049 under provi- <br />sions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Ex- <br />traction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is <br />-known as the Wildlife Pit it and is located within part of <br />Section 1, Township 3 South, Range 68 West, 6th PM, <br />Adams County, Colorado. <br />The proposed date of commencement is Spring 2004, <br />and the proposed date of completion is 2005. The proposed <br />mine is known as the Road Runners Rest II Pit and is lo- <br />cated in parts of Sections 3 and 4, Township 2 South, <br />Range 67 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Adams County, <br />Colorado. <br />The mining commenced in 1991 and the amendment <br />will not change the proposed date of completion, which is <br />December 2006.
