Public Notices PUBLIC NOTICE Lawrence Construction Company, Inc., 9002 North Moore Road, Littleton, CO 80125, (303) 791-5642, has filed an application with the Colorado Mined Lantl Recla- mation Board to Amend Construction Materials Limited Impact (110) Reclamation Permit #M-99-049 under provi- sions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Ex- traction of Construction Materials. The proposed mine is -known as the Wildlife Pit it and is located within part of Section 1, Township 3 South, Range 68 West, 6th PM, Adams County, Colorado. The proposed date of commencement is Spring 2004, and the proposed date of completion is 2005. The pro- posed future use of the land is recreation. The proposed mine is known as the Road Runners Rest II Pit and is lo- cated in parts of Sections 3 and 4, Township 2 South, Range 67 West, 6th Principal Meridian, Adams County, Colorado. The mining commenced in 1991 and the amendment will not change the proposed date of completion, which is December 2006. The proposed future use of the land is as a water storage reservoir.
