As described
in Rule 2.08.5 of the Regulations, the permit renewal application
must be received in our office on or before April 9, 1996.
Enclosed is a permit renewal application.
The minimum requirements for renewal applications are described in
Rule 2.08.5(2) of the Regulations. Any changes to the permit text,
tables, figures or appendices should be addressed in a technical
revision submitted separately from the renewal application.
Because of the time frame involved in reviewing a permit renewal
application, the process would be expedited greatly if you would
waive the decision date for the technical revision until October 9,
1996. The Division is available to answer questions you may have
about preparing your application during the next 90-day period.
If you have any questions, please call me at (303) 866-3567.
Sincerely,
Barbara L.
