All reviews <br />and comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this day of filing. <br />The applicant is submitting designs for two existing river water intake ponds <br />at the Golden Eagle Mine. These ponds are in the NE 1/4 of Section 29, <br />Township 33 South, Range 67 West. This tract of land is shown on USGS 7.5 <br />minute Quadrangle map of Vigil. <br />A copy of the technical revision application is available for public inspec- <br />tion at the Las Animas County Courthouse, 200 East First Street, Room 104, <br />Trinidad, Colorado.
