The appropriate plans were
submitted to the Division and Huerfano County Commissioners.
The plans were approved by both parties.
During construction of the dry crossing unexpected adverse
public reaction to the dry crossing resulted in Raiser
requesting that the minor revision be withdrawn. As the minor
revision had been approved, it is Raiser's understanding that
the crossing is an option that can be exercised at a future
date. Kaiser has reinstalled the culvert at the request of the
affected road users.
Kaiser appreciates the Division's quick response to the minor
revision approval. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by
the adverse public reaction and subsequent request for
withdrawal.
We look forward to working with the Division on future projects.
Sincerely, ~ ~ O
K~
William P.
