Water Information <br />a. Proof that the operator can augment water from 5/6 of a <br />share of Big Thompson Ditch and Manufacturing Company water <br />has been submitted and may be found in Exhibit P which is <br />a copy of the Deed of Trust. Reference to the water rights <br />is made on Exhibit "A" of the Indenture dated t4ay 4, 1978. <br />5. Vegetation Information <br />The attached Soil Conservation Service (SCS) report breaks down <br />the vegetation more accurately. The irrigated crop, pastures, <br />junk yard, overflow, and riverwash areas mentioned in the report <br />are shown on Exhibit C. <br />6. Reclamation Costs <br />a. The following is a breakdown of the Reclamation costs similar <br />to Exhibit L but the costs have been increased since the <br />seed recommended by the SCS is more expensive than the seed <br />in the original proposal and I have added labor costs for <br />seeding. <br />UNIT COST NUMBER OF UNITS COST <br />Topsoil Replacement $0.35/yd.3 25,894 yd3 $ 9,063.00 <br />Seed costs $53.21/acre 34 acre 1,809.00 <br />Labor costs for seeding $10.00/acre 34 acre 340.00 <br />Trees $32.00/tree 20 trees 640.00 <br />Total Reclamation Cost $11,852.00 <br />
