<br />,' <br />i <br /> <br />}~ ~ <br />Mr. Commissioner !/ ~/J~~~ moved the adoption of <br />the following Resolution: <br />RESOLUTION NO.~ <br />Series of 1988 <br />issuance of Conditional Use Permit (Applicant CUP 88-~1) <br />a~ <br />"?~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />0 o Fremont County: <br />N <br />~ THAT WHEREAS, SNIDER'S AGGREGATE, (hereafter "Applicant:") has <br />~ ~rz made application for issuance of a Conditional Use Permit <br />.~ q pursuant to Section 600 B of the current zoning resolution of <br />~ ~ Fremont County to operate a SAND & GRAVEL MINE which application <br />o U has been designated as CUP 88-4; and <br />w , <br />x <br />~ _ WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners held a public Y,.earing <br />~ q concerning said application on MARCH 22, 1988, at which time <br />vpaq comments and evidence were considered, inc uding all materials <br />r'w contained as part of the application and which were in the <br />F' county's file concerning the application; and <br />a <br />x <br />~ WHEREAS, it appears that issuance of a Conditional Use <br />cia Permit is appropriate; <br />O <br />,;x NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County <br />~~+ Commissioners of Fremont County that: <br />~ (V <br />j v 1. The Board of County Commissioners of Fremont County <br />a make the following findings with respect to the application for <br />j ~ issuance of a Conditional Use Permit to Applicant as follows: <br />xm <br />a. The procedure requirements Section 600 B of the <br />~ current Fremont County zoning resolution have been <br />met. <br />b. The location of, the proposed use is compatible <br />with other land uses in the area and does not <br />place an undue burden on existing transportation, <br />utilities, and service facilities in the vicinity, <br />except as otherwise noted in these findings: <br />c. The site is of sufficient size. <br />d.
