PA~r.~«~ R: r:°O~oo~ <br />Dear Mr. Stevens, <br />Please find included in this mailing one original copy, four additional copies, and the application <br />fee for amendment application to permit 77-193, Tezak Heavy Equipment Co., Inc. 1 have been <br />holding the document for some time, as we have discussed, waiting for completion o1'the new <br />road easement agreement between THE and the City of Canon City. Unfortunately, the <br />easement document is not completed document is not available as yet, but the operator feels very <br />confident that a writtten easement agreement will be completed within the next few weeks. Due <br />to the efforts of a Fremont County Commissioner, a professional arbitrator has been working <br />with the mine operator and local residents to develop an optimum working relationship. This <br />work is nearly complete and the engineering aspects of the project have already been addressed. <br />Therefore, I would tike to begin the process of amendment application from a technical <br />standpoint.
