Lyons Quarry <br />Regulaz 112 Permit Amendment <br />Boulder County, Colorado <br />May 2002 <br />Source of Legal Right-to-Enter <br />Page 1 <br />This document is evidence that the undersigned property owners have granted Aggregate <br />Industries-WCR, Inc. of 3605 South Teller Street, Lakewood, Colorado 80217, <br />permission through the Lease that is in existence at this time (and as previously granted to <br />Goldens Andesite Mining Company), to enter the property, as described below, for the <br />purposes of mining and reclamation in accordance with appropriated regulatory permits <br />as approved by the Division of Minerals and Geology of the Department of Natura] <br />Resources of the State of Colorado. <br />Property Description: <br />The East Half of the East Half of Section 26 and the West Half of the West Half of <br />Section 25, less an azea of approximately 350 feet x 250 feet owned by the same <br />property owners; however, said azea is held under sepazate deed and said deed is not <br />subject to any lease for mining whatsoever, more particulazly described in the <br />Boulder County records, and less a strip of land approximately 146 feet wide <br />located North of the South St. Vrain River through said Sections 25 and 26, sold by <br />Hallyn F. Hall and June T.
