MINERALS e i;EU~UGY Re: Bath-house Facility Modification, Minor Revision 92-77; Permit C-82- 056, Foidel Creek Mine Per our discussion of August 24, TCC is submitting the referenced minor revision for the proposed bath-house facility modification. As previously stated, the proposed facility would replace the current bath-house trailers, and would be constructed adjacent to the operations center as indicated on enclosed Map 24 (Surface Facilitiesl. The trailers should be removed during the summer of 1993, with a portion of the resulting open area becoming part of the parking lot. Water and sewer lines from these trailers will be capped and covered. It is anticipated that the area encompassed by current bath-house trailers 2-4 will be graded and left alone. All areas to be affected are previously disturbed and are contained within the current sediment control system. No changes to the current sediment control system are anticipated as a result of this revision. Approximately 3,000 cubic yards of material will be removed during over excavation of foundations and slab, and approximately 400 yards of compacted backfill material will be used for the foundations and slab. In addition, some 850 tons of gravel will be compacted for use beneath the foundations and slab. No other excavation work is planned. A limited amount of additional dirt work will include contouring of the parking lot area where the current administration trailer and parking is located, and a possible widening of the access road by some 2-5 feet should this become necessary in the area of the new bath house facility.
